Lake Pleasant Living on the banks of the Groenvlei dam

Lake Pleasant Living is a five star resort on the banks of the Groenvlei dam, 2km outside of  the beautiful sleepy slow town of Sedgefield, on the Garden Route.  The accommodation offers a range of activities from canoeing, fishing, swimming, hiking and a luxury gym and spa, as well as 2 beautiful swimming pools to enjoy.  Each unit is self catering and has unlimited wifi, but their local bistro is always open if you dont feel like going out or cooking up a meal.

These are the views are from our 2 bedroom suite, which changed almost every half an hour...

A fishing jetty found just off the N2

Every day we were spoilt with the most scenic views from our balcony.  This is a lovely family destination and comes highly recommended for anyone who wishes to visit the Garden Route.
